Verigoose lets you search for a business by name and view contact numbers on file, along with a verification indicator. A verified badge means the registry has, at some point, confirmed that number — it is a best-effort signal, not a guarantee that the information is currently accurate, complete, or that the business is reputable.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract listings, or use automated means to access the Service beyond ordinary personal use.
- Use contact details obtained through the Service for unsolicited marketing, spam, or any purpose prohibited by applicable law (including telemarketing and data-protection rules).
- Interfere with, overload, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems.
- Misrepresent a listing or submit false reports ("honks").
3. Listing accuracy and reports
Listings are provided for general information. Numbers and details may change without notice and may be incomplete or out of date. If a listing looks wrong, you can report it through the Service. We may review, correct, or remove listings at our discretion but are under no obligation to do so.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. You rely on any information obtained through the Service at your own risk. Always verify critical details directly with the business before acting on them.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verigoose and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service or from reliance on any listing or verification indicator.

The Service, including its design, text, and software, is owned by its operators and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any right to reproduce or redistribute the Service except as needed for ordinary personal use.
